Service Description

Our personal training sessions are for anyone who has specific goals, whether to lose or gain weight, build muscle, or increase endurance. Sessions will include programs that are tailored to your specific needs and abilities. 1-on-1 Monthly Pricing: 1x/week: $180 (4 sessions) 2x/week: $320 (8 sessions) 3x/week: $420 (12 sessions) Drop-in Session: $55 per 1 hour session Partner Training Monthly Pricing: 1x/week: $135 per person (4 sessions) 2x/week: $225 per person (8 sessions) 3x/week: $295 per person (12 sessions) Fill out the form on our contact page for more information on scheduling your first session with us!
