Service Description

Our sports performance sessions are for any athlete who wants to take their performance to the next level. We will tailor a program based on the goals wanting to be achieved as well as correct faulty movement patterns that could affect performance. All exercises will have a "why" and will be able to correlate to your specific sport. 1-on-1 Monthly Pricing: 1x/week: $180 (4 sessions) 2x/week: $320 (8 sessions) 3x/week: $420 (12 sessions) Fill out the form on our contact page for more information on scheduling your first session with us!
